A qualitative analysis of Savills Portugal social media performance was conducted to identify weaknesses and uncover new opportunities to improve its overall social performance. As part of this process, a comprehensive audit of the brand’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn was carried out, highlighting key issues and areas for improvement.
As a result, a Social Media strategy was developed, including the creation of a social identity, tone of voice, content pillars and editorial themes aligned with the brand’s objectives, as well as an editorial plan tailored to each platform, based on a previously conducted benchmark analysis.
