Sogrape wins Best Intranet on the European Excellence Awards 2019

The WINet: Connecting Sogrape’s Family project won Best Intranet on the European Excellence Awards 2019

WINet, the Best Intranet 2019 Winner, was a project developed by Devscope along with Mind Forward (formely known as Fast Forward) for Sogrape, aiming to connect over 1.000 employees around the world who form the Sogrape Family.

The Intranet solution WINet was designed to allow proximity amongst all employees. Therefore, providing the information and tools they needed, in a more engaging and productive experience.

Mind Forward worked side-by-side with Sogrape, conducting several collaborative work sessions, to define the functional specification that the development team required. In addition, a Communication plan was developed to cover the pre-launch and the afetr launch stages of the WINet project.

WINet was nominated for Best Intranet 2019, along with so many other inovative european projects, by a jury of comunnication specialists selected from both in-house and agency communication departments.

The European Excellence Awards were created to honour the most outstanding achievements of communication professionals in their field. These awards are part of a global implementation of Excellence Awards, also rolled out in Asia-Pacific, North America, Latin America and Africa.

The awards ceremony took place in Lisbon at Convento do Beato on the 29th of November 2019, and we were so excited to take part of this celebration along with Sogrape and Devscope.
