Lisbon Heritage Hotels tell us an ancient history of emblematic places filled with narratives and experiences of national and even international personalities.
But in Social Networks it’s story is still recent, so Mind Forward has carried out a process of social strategic review, in order to define the Social Identity of Lisbon Heritage Hotels and the definition of the tactical plan for the management of Facebook and Instagram profiles.
We also took over the implementation of this social strategic plan, being responsible for defining the monthly editorial plan – copy and design, community management and management of media campaigns.
