Aware of the importance of the digital channel, and in a context of a pandemic that further boosted the sense of urgency of the online market, JJ Heitor Shoes decided to reflect its position in digital medium.
Thus, Mind Forward carried out a Web Audit of its digital properties, identifying problems and improvements to be implemented, resulting in the production of a new Project Specification for the development / renovation of the Online Store.
This audit also extended to their social profiles, in order to develop a new Social Media Strategy, with the creation of a social identity and editorial plan by each network.
