With a renewed image, the Kaffa brand felt the need to reflect its new position on Social Media.

In partnership with Brave – Ideas are Power, Mind Forward developed a Social Media Strategy, defining communication pillars for creating content, social identity and best practices for community management  on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin profiles.

Since December 2020, the posts publication and the management of the respective communities of Kaffa social profiles have been ensured by Mind Forward.
